Do you provide remote or phone-only IT support?

No. HospoDoc provides on-site support only. We come to your venue every time — issues are properly diagnosed and resolved when someone is physically present.

Do you offer emergency IT support outside business hours?

Yes. Call 1300 467 761. HospoDoc has emergency out-of-hours support available for hospitality venues across SEQ. A Friday night POS failure is exactly the kind of thing we exist for.

Which areas does HospoDoc service?

Do you sell POS software or earn referral commissions?

No. HospoDoc is completely vendor-neutral. We support your existing systems and do not earn commissions recommending software. You get honest, independent advice.
